PRICING

Residential work is $150 per hour, and home visits are a two-hour minimum. You will receive a working file for your home project, including a floor plan to scale, paint samples and a basic timeline. We will exchange photographs and ideas as we create the results you will love!  Investment property tiered fees are based on square footage and number of bedrooms.
